I got on the website today to reorder a particular nebulizer that I had used and it was not immediately clear to me that the nebulizer I wanted to reorder was not available any longer. I had to go back into my old orders and get the nebulizer information and then put it into your website to discover that it was no longer available.

I found the website easy, except that I keep getting a popup message to create an account, even though I have an account. There was an issue because of a prior typo when signing up and rep on the phone sent me a link to the website. She could not delete the typo email address that was on file: gillman.da@gmail.com. Correct email: gillman.dan@gmail.com. Rep sent me a link to that address and I ordered that way. I hope it works in the future.

I needed a backup nebulizer system in case the hurricane came thru and I lost power. It is a great nebulizer and I used it for every treatment for 5 days until I got power back.
