I encountered the fragrance while out shopping at the mall at Macy’s. The representative was fantastic and I wish I had processed the transaction with her as the website was not an ideal experience. Unfortunately, scents typically turn or do not last and testing is thus needed on my end. On the website, it is not easy to locate the English Pear & Sweet Pea fragrance. Then, since I was new customer, it took several (approximately ten attempts) to complete a transaction online. The welcome code provided was not recognized, then, it informed I could not include a complimentary gift with $50 or more. Next, it kept the code but said another had to be removed, but no other code was entered. Further, I was willing to forgo the complimentary gift but could not remove it from the page. It took several tries and a few days to checkout! If it wasn’t for the fragrance smelling exquisite and lasting on me I would not have persevered. I typically do not provide feedback unless it’s a stellar experience, but this frustrating experience should be improved for others. For a luxury site, this was not the commensurate purchasing experience compared to other retailers - comparable and otherwise. I sincerely hope this candid feedback is helpful and utilized.
