The overall experience using the website was very clean, simple, and easy to navigate. I liked how straightforward it was to browse through products and make selections without the site feeling overwhelming. The branding and presentation already feel very premium. One recommendation I would suggest from a customer retention standpoint is including a small complimentary item with purchases. For example, if a client purchases a fragrance, including a complimentary travel size cologne or sample would add a luxury touch to the experience. If they purchase another product category, even a mini version or sample of a related item could go a long way. I own a business in the home remodeling industry, and I apply a very similar principle with my clients. Whenever we complete a project, I’ll often include one complimentary room repaint or a small additional touch at no charge. From a business perspective, it’s a minimal cost because we’re already onsite with materials and labor available, but the perceived value to the client is extremely high. In my experience, those small gestures create stronger customer loyalty, increase retention, and often lead to repeat business and referrals because clients remember the extra level of care. I believe implementing something similar would elevate the customer experience for your company and even further and strengthen long term brand loyalty. Overall though, you guys are already doing an amazing job.
