My BFF introduced me to Joe Malone. She’s giving me a total of five different bottles. A month ago, she was wearing a particular scent that I did not have, orange marmalade and it smelled so amazing. When there was a sale buy one get one free, she texted me and I placed my order online. It was quick, and easy to do. My experience online was good.

You had the item in stock that I was looking for. I never truly understood how to acitivate the free mini for purchase over $50. I tried several times and was either kicked off of the order, rejected bc I only spent $97 vs $100 but I was trying to get the mini sample bc of over $50 purchase. I spent over an hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and contacted CHAT too. I gave up and ordered w/o the mini gift

Website did not direct use of my Birthday Discount nor inform me that the complimentary 9ml item is randomly selected for you. I ended up calling customer service and the 1st representative asked me questions for about 5 minutes but when I asked if she could input the online order on her end to ensure the products and discounts were properly applied, she only then disclosed that her system was down. Another call into Jo Malone customer service resulted in better communication & assistance but also the unfortunate relay of information that the Birthday gift (free 9ml item) is not something the customer gets to select. I asked the representative to give feedback, that even a limited selection should be made available for the free birthday item, especially since it is not returnable. It could end up being something you hate. Overall, I basically bought what I wanted & I guess I'll find out if the free item is something I hate, love, or is just meh. Additionally, the online check out process was complicated by periodic issues with my account being randomly logged out despite actively browsing and changing cart items, as well as on the customer service representative's side ... she ended up also getting logged out on her end & had to ask me to change from using my cell phone to my laptop to get the order placed. In the end, I placed the online order with the restrictions as aforementioned, but I will say that the representative stayed on the phone with me until the online confirmation email was received and she was patient throughout the process.

The website is slow and a little clunky. I had a qualifying order for free mini but could not seem to apply it to order despite it showing that I qualified on the order itself. I tried several times but my selection from the options never reflected on the order. I finally gave up and placed without because I love my fragrance.

First, I did not order in the last 6 months, but that was not a option in the survey. I HAVE definitely ordered multiple times, plus shopped the store ( which I LOVE) I am very happy with the online shopping experience and pleased with the offers available. I really appreciate the option for engraving, such a nice touch for gifts. Obviously more than what you asked, but my daughter and I both love these fragrances.

The staff was not customer service oriented. She appeared to have poor product knowledge snd delivery info and tracking info. After speaking to her supervisor, he was very helpful and understanding. This made the experience much better.

. Pricey. I enjoy the discounts. it is my #1 perfume.. Would like to have a purse size spray and mini lotion as a gift set for purchase like other brands offer. Would also appreciate a set with 4-6 sample sprays of popular and less popular scents to try (customer choice). This could lead to future purchases.

I ordered a hydrating facial spray from a different company and absolutely loved the smell of it, so I took a picture a put it into chat gpt to see perfumes that smell alike and Jo malones was the number 1 recommend so I went to the website and the shopping experience was excellent and very lovely I am excited to receive my purchase and will more than likely repurchase, thank you!

Recently purchased Silver Birch & Lavender Cologne and am quite happy with my selection. This is my 2nd JM cologne with Cypress & Grapevine Cologne Intense being the first. Both are very nice, classic fragrances that easy to wear in both the office or social. If you want a non-overpowering, but a sophisticated & clean scent, then I highly recommend both of these fragrances. Neither are all day scents but will last over 4 hours and easy to reapply...again they aren't overpowering. Can be wore by both the young and older crowd. Silver Birch is more floral of the two but I still can be wore by men. Cypress has the old school barber shop smell with a little kick to it. Will not hesitate to repurchase again.

I am 100% satisfied with the purchasing procedure and the product themselves. I love and have all of the intense fragrances. They are quite an investment, but one I do not mind making, and I will definitely be purchasing more. I have been purchasing some of the body creams that match the fragrances.I already own.

I was getting kicked out when I tried to complete my order. I had to go to history and clear the cache. Also, I put in a CSA 15% discount and even though I was above $150 total still ($153) It said I needed to spend $8.50 to get the larger complimentary product.

I have been using Jo Malone since 2011,it is the only cologne I will ever use! I have almost every scent and it always makes my day. I smell amazing and I ALWAYS get compliments. I was excited about new Vegetable collection and absolutely in love with it! My friend once was walking on the street on England and not knowingly was passing by Jo Malone store, and she said “ oh it’s smells like Katrina around here” :) Scents are so fresh and unique! I love you Jo Malone!

I love the products and the different sizes available. The scents are to my taste. I really like that they're available in Airports too where they can be tested. I wish they'd be in more. When ordering by mail the optional free box is a great feature too. I usually get samples when I order, but didn't this time which was a disappointment.

Easy to navigate and find products. My purchase MESSAGE said I qualified for a mini, even though my purchase of $170 quallified me for a full size. I was able to select a full size on the next page, but the initial message was confusing. I was disappointed that my choice of full size bonus was sold out. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I haven’t bought Jo Malone fragrance (my favorite) in years because the price point has gone extreme. But I was tempted today by the free shipping and bonus product.
