Jelly Belly offers 40 "true to life" individual gourmet flavor jelly beans, which are available on-line in a variety of gift boxes. Visitors to the site can shop for novelties, seasonal specialties, and gifts for all occasions. The site also contains a descriptive guide you should check out on their international menus and recipes. Jelly Belly's are available in 35 countries worldwide, produced and distributed under kashrut supervision of Kosher Service, a division of the Adas Harabonim Council of Rabbis of Philadelphia. Order #4922236. The chocolate wands were fine, but the packages of Bertie Botts Every Flavor Bean had opened during shipment, so when I opened the box at my daughter's birthday party, I was greeted with a few hundred loose jellybeans. I followed the link to contact support on the website, but the AI chat told me I just had to call a number that isn't on the website. What the heck is that about? Why have the link to the chat on the website if it's the wrong chat? Why have the wrong phone number on the website. I don't really have a time to sit on hold, tapping my order number into the IVR. I'd just like a simple refund or credit toward a future offer. But that's gotten so hard, I just don't want to order again.

I really love Tutti Fruitti Jelly Belly beans so when I heard that the website for ordering them was shutting down, I quickly ordered as much as my budget would allow. What was great about that was at the time of my last order, there was a 25% off deal going on so helped sweeten the pot, so to speak. I received my order really quickly, per usual, but was shocked to see that the packaging for my item was 100lbs of beans just dumped unceremoniously into a box and shipped. This box wasn’t even placed into a bag or another box for sanitary or security reasons.

The people packing my order included a card thanking me for being one of their last 10 orders. That was a nice gesture. I've been ordering directly from Jelly Belly for several years. I was craving some watermelon jelly belly. So I went on line and was able to easily order those and 3 other flavors. They came when they were supposed to. The bags were bigger than I thought I was very pleased with my purchase. It's been years since I have had jelly belly and the flavors are just as good as I remember. And they threw in 2 bags of 35 fun size bags for free. That was awesome!

Misleading information that this was coming via UPS, who handed it off to USPS. This was dumped at my front door despite instructions BOTH with USPS and UPS to leave inside my mudroom. It was to rain today AND I am disabled and it is easier to get packages in the mudroom, not outside on the ground. Also, despite claim, the bags to NO seal at all. (and since JB will no longer sell online I am no longer a customer)

Extremely unhappy the the pomegranate flavor has been discontinued and that you can no longer order direct from Jelly Belly. I used to purchase 1.5 - 2 pounds of those Jelly Bellies per week. At least I can enjoy them for a little while longer. They were the BEST!

I really love Tutti Fruitti Jelly Belly beans so when I heard that the website for ordering them was shutting down, I quickly ordered as much as my budget would allow. What was great about that was at the time of my last order, there was a 25% off deal going on so helped sweeten the pot, so to speak. I received my order really quickly, per usual, but was shocked to see that the packaging for my item was 100lbs of beans just dumped unceremoniously into a box and shipped. This box wasn’t even placed into a bag or another box for sanitary or security reasons.

The people packing my order included a card thanking me for being one of their last 10 orders. That was a nice gesture. I've been ordering directly from Jelly Belly for several years. I was craving some watermelon jelly belly. So I went on line and was able to easily order those and 3 other flavors. They came when they were supposed to. The bags were bigger than I thought I was very pleased with my purchase. It's been years since I have had jelly belly and the flavors are just as good as I remember. Misleading information that this was coming via UPS, who handed it off to USPS. This was dumped at my front door despite instructions BOTH with USPS and UPS to leave inside my mudroom. It was to rain today AND I am disabled and it is easier to get packages in the mudroom, not outside on the ground. Also, despite claim, the bags to NO seal at all. (and since JB will no longer sell online I am no longer a customer)
