it's easy to use your website. I have ordered ink from Inktech before and everything was perfect. It all worked perfectly in my Ricoh 307 and was easy to install. It was properly packaged. :) We have a different machine in NYC for printing music and programs, and just ordered a black ink replacement. Everything has gone smoothly.

Been with InkTech for a long time. Always satisfied with the ink product and the prices. However, this survey is a bit of a pain.

For some reason, I always have trouble finding a cheap cartridge for the OKI printer until I come across this company! We don't order ink too often due to how much we use it, but when we do, it is here. Super friendly to use the website. I love that you can type in/select your printer and it generates the exact compatible cartridges.

I would highly recommend Ink Tech to supply your toner needs for your printer. They are easy to reach; customer service explained that I was not able to purchase a generic toner that would work, which is unfortunate due to cost. These cartridges last quite a long time about 6 months and they are well used during that time frame. I wish they gave me a kickback for returning the used toner cartridges, that would be more incentive not to just throw it away.

The ease of ordering the item down to receiving updates while the toner was in transit was a very very helpful feature for me as busy as I am. I really really appreciate when I can go on a website find what I am looking for quickly and efficiently and purchase it and then the company does the rest. As busy as our Firm is and I am that is what I need and would like with every establishment, I purchase our supplies from but unfortunately you cannot always get what you need.

This is my third or fourth purchase from Ink Technologies. It was easy for me to get in contact with InkTech unlike most companies where you can't ever get to talk to a real person! That's what was most impressive to me. Then I got my order in 2 days with no extra cost either. They keep track of my orders so they know what I need. My husband and I both tell people about InkTech because they are so helpful.
