The person on the phone was extremely helpful. However, this was the second time your ink cartridges failed in the middle of important printing. I will reconsider whether or not I will purchase ink from you.

I have purchased from this company before. I had one bad cartridge, and the exchange was handled quickly. I wish you had a bundle deal where a guest could pick their own...example 5 cartridges for 100.00---choose what fits you best. This is my go-to company. The prices seem fair and customer service is outstanding.

First cartridge bought to replace an empty did not function. INK support offered troubleshooting tips, tried the tips (twice), no success. Got back to INK and they immediately sent a replacement for defective item. It arrived, it worked. I'm happy.
