The most important thing you can improve is to help us succeed in ordering the exact same product that we ordered before and liked. The product nomenclature is not perfectly consistent! I've gotten two different product numbers, two descriptions of the fit, plus the categories are rather vague. It was only by having taken extensive records that I was able to be pretty sure that they were the right pants, but the khaki's in my size (34x34) were out in my preferred color, khaki. The burgundy looks nice though so I tried them. I think I've only ordered pants from you once before. But I had a tag for a pair that said Straight Fit. My original purchase data said plainly Classic Fit. The pants I'm wearing say Classic Fit inside the waistband. So that sealed it. Classic Fit was right. I had both ALSO! The confirmation and shipping emails omit critical info on the exact type of pants they are. That should definitely be added, making it easier. If we order the wrong ones by accident it's a BIG money loser for you and bad for us too. Please just make that really, really easy to get right. Then everything would be good! PS: The raised, stick-on, plastic writing inside the waistband does fall off. So it winds up going down the drain making plastic pollution or who knows where. Best to figure out something better. It does look nice when new but it doesn't last and you don't want to be creating dozens of tiny bits of plastic litter.
