I was really hoping to get some extra heat from my open fireplace. It took almost 2 hrs to raise the temp 1 degree with outdoor temp at 52 degrees. I was expecting alot more heat than that. I kind of wish i would have went with a tube heater now.

The website is simple and old school. Easy to navigate. A suggestion could be to have a product finder / estimator tool. For example, I contacted support with the dimensions of my fireplace along with the grate I had already to determine the proper size of the fireback. Maybe like the suggested accessories thing?

There's a bit of a learning curve. Once the fire gets going it works great, but starting it isn't as simple as the directions might imply. I do anticipate it lasting a lot longer than my previous grate; it's built with very solid materials.

We are returning customers. We found you guys a few years ago, when living in a previous house. We purchased then to solve an issue with smoke coming back into the house. Your product solved that issue and everyone commented on how nice it made the fireplace look. We are at a different home now. We have four fireplaces and we are adding your grates as we move through the remodel project. This time, it’s not solving any smoke issues. It’s just the bougie factor of your grates..😁. We appreciate the quality of the product and the simplicity of doing business with your company. We are only getting started. So we will be back.

Well formatted website. Great side-view graphic showing proper backplate placement. Site needs update to shipping charges as when clicked it displays free shipping during dates all in the past so this raises momentary doubt whether shipping will still be free. Also, would be good to add more current customer comments as all I read were dated between 4 and 7 years ago. Raises question whether quality is still just as good.

It’s a bit annoying that you have can’t stay in a screen after ordering, i.e. add ons. If you want more than one model the only way to access is to go back to the main menu.
