So I recently dealt with Graco when I bought a replacement pad for my Sense2Soothe swing with the cry detection feature, and honestly, it was kind of a mixed experience.
On the positive side, I do like the product itself. The swing works well, the cry detection is actually a cool feature and helps calm the baby without me jumping up every second, and overall their stuff feels pretty practical for everyday use. It’s not overly complicated, and for the price, it does what it’s supposed to do.
But when it came to getting a replacement part, that’s where things got frustrating. It wasn’t as simple as just ordering what I needed. I had to double-check model numbers, and even then it wasn’t super clear if the pad would fit correctly. There wasnt a picture of the pad. There’s not a ton of clear guidance, and it feels like you have to do extra work just to make sure you’re buying the right thing. That part honestly shouldn’t be that hard.
Once I got the pad, it worked, but it made me realize how specific everything is with their products. If you don’t get the exact match, it can easily turn into a hassle.
Would I recommend Graco? Yeah, but with some hesitation. Their products are affordable and functional, which is great, especially if you don’t want to spend a ton. But just be prepared for a little frustration if you ever need replacement parts or support. It’s a good value brand, just not the smoothest experience overall
