The purchase process was smooth and easy from start to finish. We had considered purchasing this same product used, but everywhere we looked, the prices were very close to what Graco⁠ was offering for a brand-new one. Once we went online and saw an additional 20% off promotion, the decision became much easier. Saving extra money is always a plus. After placing the order, I did become a little concerned because I did not receive any updates for several days. For a moment, I worried that the website might not have been legitimate. However, after about a week, I finally received confirmation that the item had shipped. From that point on, the tracking information was updated consistently, which was reassuring. Once the swing arrived, my husband mentioned that assembly was a bit challenging at first, although he tends to rely on instructions only after getting stuck. After taking the time to read through them, he was able to put everything together successfully. Now our grandbaby absolutely loves the swing. She falls asleep quickly and stays asleep comfortably for long periods of time while using it. In fact, her parents are now considering purchasing one as well after seeing how well it works for her. Overall, we are extremely happy with this purchase and very glad we decided to buy it new.

Contacted Grace by phone to buy a chest clip assembly for current car seat. Found out seat is compromised because I cleaned it with a hose. Had to buy a new carseat but got a discount. Originally paid about $100. Now they're $179 plus tax. That was an expensive mistake.

Received travel set my sister had been eyeing for a while. Was waiting for the best time to buy and when I saw it was on sale, bought it that very moment! I used graco products for my first child. They were sturdy and reliable. So if course for my second child i decided to actually order from the graco website. I was very impressed with the selection of every item I was looking for. I was also impressed with the color options that I could get from the graco website. Furthermore I did have an issue with a charge. I was able to get ahold of the customer support team, it was not a quick as I would've liked but they were great and resolved my issue quickly.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from the website unfortunately, my previous car seat was involved in a car accident where my parked car was hit and the seat was inside and I required a new car seat and I had a great time purchasing. I recently purchased sheets for my pack and play/play yards. I used your live chat and made my purchases online and they were literally delivered the next day. I love Graco products as a mom and is a licensed home care provider I have been using and recommending your products for 30 years. I have never had a problem with anything that I have had from Grayco. We ordered the Graco Slim3 LX carset for our youngest as she has outgrown her Graco infant car seat. We have 2 other Graco Slim fits in one car and the Graco Extend2Fit convertible car seats in the other car. We have been extremely happy with both models. I love the fact they are side impact tested/rated. I feel secure with the safety of my kids. The kids are also very comfortable in the seats and have never complained about them even on 8hr car trips.

I got the graco lilac travel system absolutely beautiful presentation wise for functionality. I’ve never got a stroller that just simply glides on air so I love the way that it walks. However, the problem that I have is the base is a little on the heavier side and it was a bit difficult for me to open the brakes on the stroller are pretty hard to sit down and hard to pick back up. I feel like Greco could’ve done better with its functionality I do however, like the cup and phone holder that came included strictly for aesthetic purposes 10 out of 10 out of the park gorgeous stroller, but the base is a bit heavier than I expected. Overall, I’d rate it an eight out of ten

I have now purchased more than 12 car seats throughout the last 4 years to accommodate now three children (5 of the same seat!) my family loves Graco products, super fast shipping, high quality products and they look good!! Every few months Graco has AMAZING sales and you get brand new seats at a fraction of the cost. Thank you Graco for the opportunity to purchase reliable, affordable seats for my family! We also own two Graco high chairs, multiple strollers from single to double and baby swings! Replacement parts are easy to find online. Always will be a Graco family!

I appreciate Graco’s strive for safety with my child car seat. I did a bunch of research and found their DLX car seat to be the safest car seat available on market with their true shield version providing an additional layer of safety and peace of mind.
