Site Experience FeedbackNov 24, 2025
Overall it went smoothly, no problems. But I did have to pause on completing filling out the order info due to my toddler. When I came back to the site a while later, it still had my shipping info, so I entered the remaining info needed and hit submit. It loaded for a moment, then arrived back on the checkout screen with all info spots empty, item still in cart, but nothing saying whether it submitted or that I needed to start again. I wasn’t sure if it went through or not. I was hesitant to re-submit everything in case it had worked and would therefore charge me twice. I had to wait a little while to see if it charged me, or if a confirmation email had arrived, which neither did. I resubmitted everything and a note popped up saying it worked.
All this to say, if the ordering process isn’t completed after hitting submit, it’d be helpful to have something pop up to say that it hadn’t gone through or completed due to needing more info or whatever reason so I know I won’t get double charged by doing it again. The gap time in completing it was my own doing, nothing wrong on graco’s end there, but the site appeared to have saved what I had previously filled out, so I continued where I left off. Simply the lack of clarity at the very end could be improved. Since I’ve never ordered off the site before, I didn’t know what an order confirmation would look like, I only knew that it hadn’t said no either, so I waited
