I recently purchased a new car seat from Graco after having a positive experience with the brand when my oldest child was younger. Because of that history, I felt confident choosing Graco again. Overall, the product seems solid and well-built, which matches the level of quality I expected from the brand.
However, I do think Graco could improve the way information is presented on its product pages. The details about the appropriate weight and height range for each seat are not always easy to find. In some cases, this information appears in a product image, while in others you have to scroll down and search through different sections. A few models list it directly in the product title, which helps—but the inconsistency makes comparing seats more confusing than it should be. Having all this information displayed clearly and uniformly would make the shopping experience much smoother.
As for the delivery, my order arrived about five days later than the original estimate. In this case, I understand the delay because there was a winter storm affecting shipments, so it wasn’t a major issue for me.
Once the car seat arrived, my first impression of the build quality was positive. The materials feel durable and safe. That said, the seat itself is firmer than I expected, and it doesn’t seem as comfortable for the baby as I had hoped. I think some additional cushioning would make a noticeable difference in comfort during longer rides.
Overall, it’s a good-quality product from a brand I trust, but there’s room for improvement in both the online shopping experience and the seat’s comfort level.
