I had to create a second acct to enable an order. I created an account. Was knocked off the website while I tried to complete all information submission. Logged on again. My password didn't work, and I kept getting "invalid password" message. I tried "forgot password" and got an email giving me my password...which was the same password I was using that kept giving "invalid password" messages. (and sending an actual password in your email is a security risk. You should change that.)
After 4 tries, I opened a second account with a different email.I finally was able to enter every single bit of the correct information for the second account, including a password that was accepted, and was actually able to complete the order.
Even so, the total of my order did not match what I ordered. One item was left off the total cost. But, it was listed as part of the order. I don't know whether it will be included in the delivery or not. Whether I will get it "free" or be charged. Very frustrating.
I would suggest you enable a password change when "forgot password" is the problem, rather than sending the actual password in the reply email. That's pretty dodgy security.
