Adding the eClips was torture. I called 10 days ago. Troy was very hard to understand and we finally were on the same topic. He told me because we couldn't figure the eClip addition out to email everything in. I did along with my prescription. I was told that was wrong because I didn't get an order number AND your site and phone # say that you can only accept online orders. After a couple of emails back and forth, I gave up. I decided to try again today because I have to have this particular frame. I did all the research to know which lenses to order AND I wanted clip on sunglasses. I had the same issues -- your instructions to add eClips is not simple nor direct. I finally called the support number again and got Troy! We got to an impasse and he transferred me to a supervisor. Roger took me screen by screen through the eClip section and how to enter it, exactly after the frames are in the cart. Do not select lenses first and expect to see something about adding clip-on sunglasses. Ordering was the biggest hassle and disappointment I've experienced ordering online -- and I've been ordering things online since the first it was possible. It all made me so angry. If you weren't the only place I could find that specific frame, I would have gone there. The sticky part was that I needed to have clip on sunglasses. I was bound and determined to get it right as you only get one shot of ordering them.
