Trying to purchase the product that I intended to get in the first place was difficult. The different amounts and kinds of packages that had individual components that I needed for my vehicles was hard to put together in a package. I bought the wrong package in the first place because I thought I understood what I was getting. When I realized that what I was getting was not what I needed, I called customer service. Customer service was able to tell me what I purchased and what I needed which were two different things. When I realized that what I needed was not even visible on the website for purchase, nor did it come with a discount I was going to cancel my order. I was offered the upgraded package at the price I initially paid for one year. I was grateful for that service and the opportunity to utilize the services as I wanted to purchase them. I do not know if I am going to pay full price for this product next year as it does not come with any discount. It is the most expensive package available, although it does offer all of the things that I need. Getting the card for my roadside assistance was time consuming, it took multiple days to get everything sorted so that the package read as I purchased it. Overall I am satisfied, but I think that it was because the customer service was so good, everyone worked very hard to get me what I needed. And also provided at a discount. I don't know that I would pay full price for this service.
