This purchase was about getting insurance for having a breakdown of my motorhome. Based on my prior experience, I noticed that your description of expected service did not reference how long it would take to secure assistance, nor did it reference that you are the more or less sole arbiters of where the vehicle is towed to. From my experience, your agents on call do not properly know what is required for major service of the vehicle, and therefore nominate an inappropriate service location. Most of your agents appear to be based overseas, and have no idea of the geography of the country or where to take the vehicle. As a result, I was forced to pay extra to have my vehicle towed to a service center where I could be confident that I would get good service. Specifically, amongst other things your agent was going to take me to a service center that had never been built and did not exist.
This survey seems to be geared toward purchase of merchandise, and therefore is quite inappropriate.
