First off on April 20th I ordered roadside online. I never received an email it went through nor did it go through our bank. In the morning I called Laura Zeller and she saw that I placed the order online and everything was fine. I asked her to send me confirmation that we were good to go since it still had not gone through my bank nor did I see an email. She said she would send something over and to not worry I was covered and she would get me something to my email. At 12:34 I finally received an email.
Fast forward two days. I had an issue with my truck and got stuck. I needed to be winched out. To my surprise I was told we were not covered for 48 hours from 12/21 12:34 . We tried to explain that wasn’t correct that I had originally purchased the evening before and Laura had told us we were covered. Anyway, they said no you could pay for the wench service out of pocket. We agreed and asked them to send someone. The authorization charge was added to our bank immediately. Then I get a voicemail they couldn’t find anyone in the area to do the service and we would have to wait a few hours and call back or find someone ourselves. So, I immediately call them back and say if I have to wait 2 hours to call you again then my said 48 hours is up and I don’t have to pay. The answer was No! Because you already called it in we won’t cover you.
I made two calls to town and found someone who came right out. Cost me $200 and I had to do my own work to make it happen. That’s after wasting time on your website ordering roadside, calling to follow up, being assured we were covered, waiting on an email then wasting time with roadside customer service trying to get help only to be told no and having to figure it out myself. So, no I am not happy
