The website is okay. It is hard to go from my existing account to the current offers of Roadside Assistance. It is very disappointing when I get an email regarding savings on Roadside Assistance, click the link and it goes to a "new customer offer page" it will give the option to log in, and once I log in it will revert to the double the amount because I am a "existing customer". HOW DISAPPOINTING!!! How about a "continuous loyal customer" discount? Don't advertise 1/2 off Father's Day savings if your good loyal customers cannot take advantage of the special offers. I called your company, and he said it's a common business model. Again, DISAPPOINTING! I was happy that you offered an additional add on insurance at a discounted 6 mo. rate, that was very GOOD and I bought the offer. I understand you need new customers, but give us the breaks and we will tell others as we have since 2014 when we first became Good Sam members with Roadside Assistance.
The webpages need to be clearer and link to accounts and explanations so the existing customers, loyal customers, can understand clearly, and feel like valuable customers, not existing customers.
