Purchased highest level of coverage with an RV. 2 days after signing up, still no info at all.No confirmation code, no email. NOTHING. I called and was told it would be next day. Next night at 1am, I got a fraud alert from my bank. Card was locked due to suspicious activity from GoodSam. I got a call from Good Sam....I called back and gave them another card. Again, card was not charged immediately, it was at 1am and I got ANOTHER fraud alert...different card, different bank. I called back to Good Sam to see what was going on & why their system kept triggering a fraud alert thru my banks. Was told it would be ANOTHER 24hrs before the card was actually charged...I was dumb enough to give ANOTHER card #. 24hrs later, Another alert. Another card locked. This is now 6 days AFTER I orinially signed up for their roadside service. And they tell me that the waiting period starts after the card is charged, not the sign up date. So I would not have coverage for the 3k mile road trip we were leaving for in 2 days (if their billing system would work correctly, I would have been covered 4 days prior) I once again called in to customer service to figure this out & was told there was nothing they could/would do. But I could drive the 1 1/2 to the nearest Camping World to buy the roadside plan from them. I told them forget it, I am keeping my AAA Premier RV roadside assistance. You don't have to worry about me renewing my Camping World subscription either. I will continue to shop with your competitors....
