I clicked on a (banner like) link near the top of the page promoting ID Align customization. It took me to a page of various manufactures organized by popularity. Every time I attempted to sort it by a different criteria (in pulldown), it crashed. I even tried clearing my history (cache), but it never worked properly. Overall, however, it's a very good site as sites go.

I’ve ordered golf balls a few times. The orders are always on time and most of the time, they are early! I would like to see options to choose different numbers. That that can be a very cool option. Maybe I could’ve done it and missed it. The website is a little cumbersome. Overall, the product ordered and delivered was spot on.

It would be nice to have more options for printed icons, images, font sizes, etc. Your library of icons is severely lacking. You should have multiple categories to choose from ... for instance colleges, military, flags, states, hobbies, etc. ... with many choices within each category. It would also be nice to be able to choose BOTH printed text and a printed logo/icon on the same ball, obviously for an extra charge.
