It would be nice to have more options for printed icons, images, font sizes, etc. Your library of icons is severely lacking. You should have multiple categories to choose from ... for instance colleges, military, flags, states, hobbies, etc. ... with many choices within each category. It would also be nice to be able to choose BOTH printed text and a printed logo/icon on the same ball, obviously for an extra charge.

Shopping and checkout were smooth, with the exception that when I logged in at checkout, the PayPal option was removed. We prefer to use this form of payment, so that was a little disappointing. Good overall experience.
