I don't love that how much the estimated price is and then when you check out - surprise, it's like $15 more. I also didn't appreciate that even with a promo code advertising free shipping, the shipping wasn't free. But I do love how fast you get the product out!

The choice and price of golf balls was pretty good. I liked the free printing offer. I typically use the standard shipping which states they will arrive in 7 days. I find they normally arrive in 3 days. I do find the check out process to be a little clunky. There is a lot going on, on the last page. I just want to check out. I don’t want to get bombarded with 10 other offers. All in all, you get what you want at a fair price.

The website was great and easy to use with one disappointment. Monogrammed golf balls was easy with two different entries. Easy to select which ball that the monogram would be placed. The only problem is it offerred me a discount to sign up and create an account. I received the text message to do so and answered yes prior to checking out but wasn't given a code nor was anything deducted. Felt a little like a bait and switch.

Well I order some golf balls on June 4 and I was told the golf balls would arrive on the 6th of June they did not show. I waited 2 extra days then contacted golfballs.com. From there everything went amazing they noticed that my arrival date was not met and that the postal service had made a mistake. The customer service was the best they sent out more golf balls at no extra cost and told me they would take care of the misplaced package. I would high recommend golfball.com to all my friends.

Suppose to have free printing... it was just $5 off. I paid more for printed golfballs than without. I added golfballs with and without printing and the prices were different with and without coupon. Tax was not included in estimates so it was a surprise when I checked out. The experience felt like proces were not standard.
