It was confusing about the discount it clearly told me I could apply when I checked out, but customer service took the personalization cost of my purachase (5 boxes)... also, spending over a couple of hundred dollars usually gets free shipping.

Always a great experience. I usually purchase my husband personalized golf balls twice a year for his birthday and Christmas. They are always a big hit! I wish the coupon codes would work for the more expensive golf balls though. We shouldn't be penalized because our men have expensive taste :) jk.

I tried numerous promo codes but seemed like none of them worked. I finally did an online chat and was helped with a promo code that worked. I had different emails with codes that didn't work so it was frustrating thinking I could get a better deal (free shipping with SHIPFREE code, 20 percent off with code Summer 20, free print and shipping with PRINTSHIP code, and other codes I tried that I had googled for). It would be more helpful to have a better description of which items qualify for the promo codes.
