I have bought from golfballs in the the past and enjoyed using the website. Never had an issue. Walmart opened 40 miles away from me and they carry the brand of golfballs I use and so I don't buy from golfballs.com as much or rare, unless I want something imprinted on the balls.

I contacted about a delay in shipment. The customer service was extremely professional and knowledgeable in explaining what turned out to be a very short delay in deliver. Delayed only a few days. Golf balls were temporarily out of stock. Order came in within a few days. Service greatly appreciated.

I like that you carry a wide variety of golf balls. I like that in personalizing the golf balls a preview is provided, pictures help. I was frustrated with issues displaying the monogram version and adding the item to my cart. Once it finally got added to my cart it wasn't clear if the personalization was added. I tried many times and finally decided to call customer service; however, it was late on a Friday evening. I waited to call again the next day and got further but only to leave a voice mail. I wanted to place my order asap so I could get it delivered before I leave for a trip. I was doing this order on my iphone, Safari browser. I finally moved to my macbook laptop using Chrome and did not face the issues. Perhaps the issue is on my specific device or the browser, nontheless it was frustrating especially not being able to reach customer service for assistance on the weekend.

I got a 20% discount code sent to me that did not work. Item was excluded even though it said it was good for golf balls among other items. If you send a discount code to prompt business then have it be good for everything or don't send it. Feels like your playing games, which you are.
