I purchased three goalie sticks and 2 shipped from one location and 1 shipped from another. Both boxes arrived to my house opened. One was opened on the end of the box and not taped shut, the other box was open all along the long length of the box. I attempted to contact Goalie Monkey via the online chat and was told by the chat bot that I was being connected to a live person, but nothing happened after 15 minutes so I typed out an email to customer service. I received a reply from virtual assistant on Friday January 16th, asking me for the photos that we took of the boxes. I sent that reply with those photographs on Saturday January 17th and got a replay that said "one moment please". I have not been contacted since, and pretty sure this is not being taken care of in any way. I would not recommend any of my friends to purchase from GM with this lack of proper communication and support. I will make my future purchases from Pure Hockey as they have a much higher level of customer support before and after the purchase.
