This is the worst experience have ever had with GP. They demanded a new RX which my doctor has repeatedly faxed only to be told no one can read it because it's too faint. Change the printer ink/cartridge. I have just emailed it to the address someone named Lucia (who probably doesn't even exist) told me to. I have never had trouble with this until this changed countries of origin. I'm furious right now as my money has been taken and this is not resolved. I'm told that a supervisor which I requested has called me and left me messages and there has been ONE call or message left as I carry my phone always and am staring at it now. This feels very suspicious and am considering filing formal complaints with whatever entities are necessary.

Been ordering 3 of our very expensive meds from Global for years. Would be helpful if they took my credit card but in order to charge the purchase I must go through Pluto (sp). Doubt inconvenience but it works. Have never had a problem. Before Global took direct from my account abd never had issue with that but really hit cash flow for us. Customer service when needed has been excellent. I have no issues with Global and will continue t to use. I did recently find out that one of the three mefs ordered through Global was less expensive with TrumpRX so acquired it through that program. In every case I'm ordering from Global and TrumpRX outside my prescription plan.

Global Pharmacy Plus has been a great resource for me to obtain prescriptions at a much more affordable cost than my local pharmacy; even with Medicare supplemental insurance coverage. I would not have been able to purchase the medication had I not been able to obtain it from Global Pharmacy Plus.
