Ordering process was straightforward and simple. My first time processing the payment did not go through so I had to try again. it was very hard to pick my clubs. I reached out to customer service for help in getting a starter set. All he did was ask more questions and it too over a week to get answers and I never got a complete answer. If I had more help from customer service I more than likely would have spent more money and gotten more clubs.

Product information is not enough. There should be a 360 degree video of the product being seen, otherwise it can still improve. There still a lot of things to. improve on. I am a lefty and am looking for an adjustable titanium driver which is only available for right handers. I hope you can produce one for left handed individuals.

The shopping experience is great, everything is in order and it is very easy to find what you are looking for. When it comes to reaching out I do wish that the hours where longer becuase the timing to get a call through or an answer back is kind of limiting. Granted the delivery got to me one day ahead of schedule and the clubs I have received have been very good to me. I am returning one because I got the wrong lie.
