This took way too long. There were too many questions. And at the end, I thought I had already paid. But, it directed me back to the 'Pay In Full' page. Meaning I had to click the pay button again. This was every confusing to me. And I still don't know if I was charged double for my product. How would you feel if this happened to you?

Post-Delivery FeedbackNov 6, 2026
The selection is not what it used to be. More items are not available. Prices are very competitive. However, customer service is just terrible and their lack of accountability is just frustrating. They always claim "it is not a common occurence" and put the blame on their shipping partners. This company will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking information, then hold your package for a few days. I placed a couple of orders two days appart. Despite receiving tracking information for the first package before the second order was placed, the second order was actually shipped and delivered before the first one. When I contacted the company, the response was they will investigate.

I have been purchasing Shalimar for my wife for over 50 years. Purchased at Dept stores, fragrance perfume shops, on-line websites ie Amazon, Sephora (both stores and website). Gift Express was the cheapest and fastest delivery. I buy Shalimar for her birthday and Christmas. We also buy fragrances for family and friends, I plan to use Gift Express as my 1st choice going forward. Thank you.
