I bought two perfumes while you had a sale and they never came but i was charged. When i spoke to the customer support she said there was no purchase on her end. I would not be getting my money back even though i provided bank statements and transactions. Secondly i bought from your tiktok auction another perfume i paid for September 2. It has been over a week and no perfume. Today is the 16 and still no perfume says awaiting seller handoff. I contacted the same live agent about it and she said i should wait for it. I’ve had to reach out to my bank and TikTok to dispute the charges. It gives we snatch your money right away but if you have any issue we will not help you or give you your money back. Very unprofessional.

The selection is always hit and miss. You have to keep a sharp eye for the great bargains. Returns can be a challenge, and you pay freight, unless a warranty issue. Pricing is competitive, and it's shipped out of NYC ground, as they all do, I see people complain about waiting for delivery, but it can not go air freight due to regs. Be prepared to wait or go to Macy's...
