Unfortunately, it's my first disappointment š and it's huge. First I've got confirmation that order was shipped. Just day before expected delivery date I was informed that one of the items was going to be refunded. Luckily wad refunded but information was very confusing. Very unhappy experience.

When did the delivery was done?The curry left the delivery in the lobby.This building has 13 floors.Somebody opened the box and took one of the colognes out.This ain't the first time that I write to you they stole the Aramis Cologne.I found my box open in the lobby. Your career, you just left it there.The building indicates that you cannot leave packages there. You could see in your pictures when you delivery.Men, drop they off.There was another man looking at the box.You have the photos of the delivery.Check it out and see where he left it on the floor that's not right.I spent over close to a hundred dollars in colognes.

Packaging was atrocious. I purchased five bottles. The boxes appeared to be merely tossed into the a large box for shipping. the pakaging was not properly secured. All the colognes boxes were severely banged up.There is an audible noise from all the five boxes, as the the inner staggered contruction all all bent because of the intense movement of the poorly packaged and secured box used pack the order. terrible that a company as such will just ship out a large purchase in this manner. the bottles in their respective boxes make anausible sound and move freely. They may all be damaged. Probably my worst purchase from Giftexpress.

Website said that they sell testers in the white box in order to sell their perfume for a lesser price. I bought two perfumes knowing this and yet when they arrived at my door they were in the full normal packaging but still for the lesser price. We were very pleased as it is a scent that is becoming hard to find.

I would not recommend you. A day after my purchase I got an email saying my order was on hold and a number to call. I got a person whom I couldnāt understand a word he was saying. Finally i managed to understand that the hold was because of a mismatch between my billing and shipping addresses. I mean, you have āgiftā in your companyās name! You should understand the concept of an address mismatch when sending a gift. You shouldnāt be bothering the client having to call and wasting their time trying to understand a your customer āserviceā person. Even worse, he kept repeating stuff like a robot. No, thank you. I wonāt be purchasing from you again.
