Another friend of mine referred me to gift Express and I ordered my wife a perfume that she has smelled before and loves from the website at an excellent price. The initial week I didn't know if I was scammed or not but it did work out because I ended up getting some tracking information after I sent an email regarding why the package had not been shipped yet. Whenever I received the package, unfortunately the perfumes that were shipped to us were of the same brand and type. However, it was a different type of perfume scent. All together. I ordered dolce& Gabbana. The only one I ended up calling customer service. They were easy to get a hold of but at the end of the day they didn't offer expedited shipping. They simply stated to send the perfumes back and once they reviewed them they would send me the correct perfumes. I let them know that I wasn't comfortable with doing that so close to Christmas considering how long the initial package took and adding in the step of verifying a receive package as well in order to ship out the other ones just didn't seem like something that I was willing to do so I did have to expose the perfume to my wife. She smelled it and did decide that she liked them enough to keep them. So even though it works out in my favor problem would have been if she didn't like the scent knowing what we were going to have to go through in order to have my wife's Christmas present arrive on time. One way that I did ask customer service to help me on it was sending the package and once it was reviewed that I would like a courtesy expedited shipping of the correct perfume. He let me know. The only thing he was good for was advising me to contact them via email with a picture, proof the shipping receipt and to let the customer service agent know how they could help me by resolving. Again, none of this is any one particular person's fault other than the one who packed the product. I just don't feel like I trust the company enough to purchase from them again so close to a deadline. And keep in mind when I made this order it was in November.
