My issue with the customer service representative was when I first attempted my purchase. I was using a third party pay four plan.
The first payment amount was taken by the third party as a cc hold. I was not aware of this policy and panicked believing I had accessed a non-authentic gift express site. The customer service rep had no knowledge of what occurred, could offer no suggestions, besides telling me yo contact the third party, I had no order with gift express. Then said I hope we resolved your concern, have a good day.
I did end up receiving an explanation from the third party.
Please note, I was not expecting gift express to accommodate an issue that was not theirs, but it could have put my mind at ease if the agent was at least aware of the policy.
I did end up following the instructions provided by the third party, submitted my order, and received my items in a timely manner.
Other than that panicked moment, my experience with gift express went well.
