We go through a canopy replacement each year, so will not be purchasing another. We take it down every winter, and when we put it back on for spring, it rips in multiple spots. They shouldn’t need to be replaced every 8 months.

The product will not be used until spring. It is a replacement for the one which ripped beyond repair when it was taken down. I’m glad you still have one available.

It's great that a supply of the soft canvas exists for older gazebos. Quality of not as great as the original though

After the initial response from Garden Winds requesting more info from me, after providing it, customer service has not provided any followup support at all. Thoroughly dissatisfied. Issue remains unresolved.
