I don't check anywhere else when looking for BG boards- this is the spot! I worked with customer service to exchange the board I ordered for another and it was seamless. Great experience overall, 10/10. I use this site for Christmas gifts almost every year.

I purchased this beautiful backgammon board as a gift for my brother. He had found the company while browsing online and sent me a link. I checked reviews, which were all positive and ordered, and then discovered they’re in Buffalo! We all grew up in WNY and I look for any opportunity to support that area! I ordered in the morning, and the item was shipped the same day. My brother had it in 3 days. He’s thrilled, I’m thrilled. Would happily order from them again.

Great products, easy site. Products have come in a timely manner in the past. Expensive shipping rates if you're trying to get them quickly for a gift or holiday for example though.

Good site but I have not been here in a couple of years. I didn’t remember if I had registered the last time I bought something here and got most of the way through ordering process before you made me log in using original email and reset password. Resulted in having to re-enter data a couple of times and was a general pain in the ass. Otherwise expect to be pleased with your product. Hoping it will arrive Saturday since I have limited time to play with my siblings.

The back cabinet set that I got when it came here. One of the hinges was broken, but through email and correspondence I’m getting another hinge the pictures and the colors on the website and the colors that I got on the checkers weren’t exactly correct. But it was rectified for one set but not the other set. I would’ve really liked the phone call because it’s easier to make phone calls, but it was through email and emails for me. Frustrating. I would’ve great phone call because my issue still isn’t completely resolved yet. But all in all, I love the board. And the customer service was terrific with the exception of I just needed a phone call
