Excited to try out the products. I had a number of issues with the buttons / display of the website. Almost was unable to checkout due to buttons being hidden / overlapping.

Somewhat outdated interface and all requirements can be easy to miss because of the layout of the page, but also liked the focus of the website, simple set of product options — appreciate the no frills approach here actually.

It was a bit glitchy, but I have poor service I’m sure it’s due to that. When I called for customer support I talked to one of the girls and they were incredibly kind and helpful.

I wanted to place an order by talking to someone at customer support and all I got was a redirect to the website. Was not where I could get online and delayed my purchase by a couple of days until I could "get around to it."

1st time customer here. I was impressed with the product selection and description on their website. I was able to find answered to all the questions I had before choosing the cortect embosser that I needed for authentication of my artwork. Before placing my order, I called to make sure I was putting all the information on the website correctly and ask a few questions about the layout I had designed. Customer service was very helpful. She answering all my questions before placing my order. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. This is a great company to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Frustrating checkout experience. It said TIF was a valid format for custom art work, but the checkout wouldn't work with the TIF. I had to use a PNG. The error message was also very cryptic.

Well, there needs to be a little more user-friendly clarity in the products description and buyer understanding. I had to look up the weight of the paper i was using, through 3 different lookups online. It would be great if there were examples of various paper (ie: printable certificate parchment paper and etc.) Otherwise, it was a great experience. The only other thing is if i could get a preview of what the embosser plate would look like instantly. Thank you!
