I recently ordered from FragranceX, and honestly, it felt like I was telling you about a solid online find with just a few small caveats. The good part first—the ordering process was super easy, and the prices were actually better than what I usually see locally. When my package arrived, I was impressed because it was very well-packed—secure, clean, and nothing was damaged. You can really tell they put effort into making sure the items arrive safely. The fragrance itself was authentic and exactly what I expected, so that was a big win for me. Now for the not-so-perfect part—the shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, which made me slightly anxious while waiting. It wasn’t terrible, but if you’re someone who wants things ASAP, that might test your patience a little. Also, I kind of wish they included freebies or small samples—it would’ve made the experience feel more special. Overall though, I’d still recommend FragranceX, especially if you’re looking for legit products at good prices and don’t mind waiting a bit. I’d definitely order again, but I’d just manage my expectations with shipping time.

The buying process was great the only gripe I have is that you can put items in the cart and save them for later or purchase an item right from the item page without having to buy other items that are in your cart. Other than that everything else is great!

I was told that I would receive my order by March 5, 2026. And as of today, March 13, I have not received my order. I would’ve been better off going to where I always purchase said product. I ordered it as a birthday gift and I have to deal with the embarrassment of not giving the gift.

My unit number was captured incorrectly as 22 instead of 33. That was a probkem for me. If the people in unit 22 were not honest people I could have lost the whole order. Please get your people ti doublecheck the delivery address

I found the product I wanted for the best price, the purchasing process was fast and easy and didn't require registering an account. I wasn't sure where I would receive my order, but I wasn't in rush, so tbh I didn't really care. I received a tracking information pretty soon and knew on what day it would be delivered to me. The product was packed safely in a sturdy cardboard box and arrived in a perfect condition. There was also a discount for my next purchase attached.

I haven’t tried to return it as of yet. I was advised by the post office that I could not return perfume in the mail so I will have to take some other action. I remember using Cinnabar many years ago and loved the smell of it. After smelling this, it gave me a wicked wicked headache and I can never use it.

I was told that the delivery is between 4 to 12 days now they are telling me that it takes 12 to 15 days and this 15 days is not written to your app but the product was perfect

I ordered 1 cologne and they said I clicked add 1 in a drop down. I never saw a drop down. I quickly received an email confirming my 1 Cologne for $103.09 I thought it was final. Next day I get another one $224.. for 2, They said I could return.too much trouble. My problem was if I wanted 2, I would have ordered 2 the only order I made.When I clicked pay if must have dropped down, because I though it was final.If that happens, there should be .. Are you sure you want to order two? I have ordered from you for years, and always was good experience . Never ever saw a drop down before.
