I could not sign into my account even though I have one. I reset my password, but it still would not allow. There is no way to re-set username- I had assumed it was email. I could not create a new account because it says I already have one. I have to check out as a guest every time. There is an error in product shipping for the product I was trying to order- when I tried to increase my order to 4, the shipping increases to the same price as the product. It is an obvious error. I called about it last July and was told to try back soon and it would be fixed. It is now September and it is not fixed. Customer service solution was to checkout with the inflated cost and they would fix on the backend. This is not an acceptable solution to me. I would prefer to checkout and only add my payment information with the correct amount shown.

Good. I was looking for Alligaire Basal Oil and it is hard to find apparently. Colorado is far from Massachusetts and I am looking to get the product ASAP to treat some tree of heaven and sumac before it it too late in the season but I am hoping I get it in time. Thank you!
