It took three weeks to get the order. VERY SLOW. Product apparently was out of stock, but it didn't say that on the website and they don't communicate, so I'm just guessing. It took at least three weeks to receive the item. I got an update when the item was shipped, but no other info about why it took so long to ship the item. Very poor communication.

I had some difficulty setting up my account by not being able to see my password. I made an error in not matching the password. I could not solve the problem so I had to exit your account registration and start all over again. Other companies allow you to see the password so you can IMMEDIATELY correct the error.

The ordering process was pretty simple. And is gives you a chance to validate the information before placing the order. It does not give option for shipping other than the standard ground shipping, but not a big deal.
