Great experience wish the shipping was covered with purchases over a certain dollar amount, in my opinion that would keep people coming back. FedEx delivery where I live is horrible and always has been UPS is much better overall. I will probably have to run this order down once it's out for delivery that adds heart burn to the shipping fee for me.

The website is pretty user friendly. When ordering you have to find the "next" button it is not at the right bottom side of the screen where it usually is on other websites when placing an order. I was trying to buy a product that the manufacturer has discontinued; it would have be helpful if you had some comparable products on the page where the discontinued item is.

I could not find the product I wanted locally, so I ordered it online from Forestry Distributing. The were able to get me the quantity I needed, and at a very resonable price. I would definitely order from them again.

I was excited to see I could order Karmex on your website! I cant find it anywhere in our State of MI Karmex is the only thing that kills weeds in our Pond. I have spent Hundreds of dollars and NOTHING works but Karmex! And your prices are reasonable! Im a very Happy person Today!!!!

Recieved the chemical after a long wait, arrived with a leak making a mess everywhere. Tried to contact customer support 16 times over 3 days with no response and was unable to leave a message because mailbox not working... initiated credit card payment stop due to no help resolving leak issue... Very disappointing company to deal with..

We have order3ed through you on several occasions. This time you cancelled the order without notifying us. We received nothing from you to indicate that there was a problem with processing our order or our card. So besides the fact that we have to wait so long for the product, we waited and then at the last minute you cancelled.

I am grateful for your product and the price. I ordered before but my Credit Card had fraud at the same time so you were unable to complete my purchase and I couldn't reach you by phone or email after many attempts. That was frustrating and the website was difficult for me to redo my order! But Im most grateful for the product~

I first ordered this jug of chemical on June 15. That is two weeks ago today. After 1 week, I emailed to ask if you were ever going to process my order and ship the jug I ordered. I got a reply that my card has not yet been charged, but you were still processing my order. Today (2 full weeks after the order was placed), I finally recieve an email that the order will ship. What in the world are you doing taking 2 weeks to process my order???!!! Then, I activated a replacement card last Wednesday, so now my card was declined becuase it has a different expiration date. Wouldn't a normal company be able to reach out to a customer and just ask for the new expiration date?? Instead, you cancel the order. I tried calling the number you provided. No answer at customer service, or the operator. What in the world is going on with your company. Do you think this level of service is acceptable? I did just now use your website to re-order this jug of chemical, and entered my new expiration date and security code. I hope I don't get billed twice. I hope you're able to ship out today or tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Are you really desiring to drive people away from doing business with you? If so, you're doing a darn good job of that!

I understand the volume is higher than ever this year. However the website said five to seven days shipping and it has been a month still with one of my two orders not shipped. There was no chat on the website to talk to customer service, I emailed and took forever to get a response that did not resolve my issue. I'm still unclear if my second order has even shipped. A portal showing shipping status and tracking number would be much easier than looking for it on PDF invoices etc. I should be able to order any of the products in smaller quantities than 10. Thank you

I ordered SPLAT for see if it would work to ward off the pine beetle this year. It was pricey and took a while to get here! Should have checked into picking it up! It would have been a lot faster. I liked the caulk gun idea but had issues getting the tip/tube area to sit properly in the gun. I was a bit of a PITA applying it to a tree tho! If I didn't have the tip perpendicular to the tree while applying the SPLAT it had a tendency to not adhere and would roll off wasting the SPLAT! I felt the instructions were a little vague by telling you to put the SPLAT on in ounces. that was hard for me to figure out. I ended up doing 10 trees per 750 gram tube. The instructions said to apply the SPLAT 4-6 hours before any rain. I applied mine by 3pm and at 9pm we had a torrential downpour which washed some of the SPLAT off the trees. I think 6-8 hours before a rain storm would be better. Maybe the reason some of it washed off was because I didn't get it adapted to the tree good enough. So we'll see how it works this year! If it does great, if not we will try something different!

I tried to contact Forestry products to confirm that my product had been shipped. I found the website virtually useless. I tried to phone, didn't work. I finally sent an email. Instead of responding, someone just shipped the product - which was OK, what I wanted, but very frustrating. It definitely felt that no one was there.

Good website. Easy to place an order. Disappointed that when I placed the order there was no immediate feedback indicating ship date. Had to call customer service to inquire about ship date. Surprised that it took 3 weeks from order date to ship date. Customer service needs more phone lines and more people. Very difficult to get to talk to a person.

When I order the product it took almost 1 month to be delivered with no explanation as to why it was delayed so I ordered from somewhere else and it was delivered in 4 days, the time frame to be delivered was terrible with no explanation as to why!

Great price! Sometimes filling out data for website purchase was not intuitive, ie. Next button did not highlight after filling out section, etc. Website Not easy to find on internet. Had to search for specific 10 lbs size of Sluggo plus.
