When I ordered the product, it said it would take 5 to 7 days to do my order. I don't know how long it actually was, but it was weeks. I was informed that they had a lot of orders to fill at that time. I wasn't in a hurry for the product so it didn't really matter to me. but it took an exceptionally long time. But it was eventually delivered and was what I ordered.

Took months to get my product. Did not answer phone, return calls or respond to many emails. Was only contacted 1 time. Rep apologized and said I will be getting my product next week. Got it 5 weeks later after that call. Worse service I have seen. I have heard that many others have experienced the same hing.

When I ordered they said they would ship in two weeks. Two weeks later I cancelled the order. Weeks later they said they were about to ship. I cancelled again and they ignored me, charged my credit card, and shipped. Nobody answers their customer service number or the operator number and the customer service mailbox is full. They were more expensive than the company that shipped promptly and had good communications

Love the prices but it takes a long time to receive product Web Site is okay if you are a consistent user, but the "NEXT" button is not easy to find or logical. just need to split up actions - shipping address, billing address, payment, with a big "NEXT" button for each page. Or, ..... put everything on one page with confirm on a later page
