I didn't hear anything about confirmation of order, when it would ship, etc. I tried calling the number listed on the invoice multiple times and there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I then had to email a couple of times to try and get an answer on if my order went through, if it would ship soon, etc. The answer I got was very vague and they showed me a copy of my order, asking if I still wanted it. Not a pleasant experience.

We got one update just saying that we hadn't been charged yet, but it was again a while after we had placed the order.
