Order Prada said 7 to 10 days ever received it call back in. They said they was sending it out. Still, never received it call back in again.And they said they was sending it out which they did, but it took thirty days to get it, not 7 to 10, not sure how this product is going to work.

It was very unclear in my order whether I was ordering one packet for $8 or 100 packets for $8. I tried and tried and tried and tried calling last week and no one answered. Was put on hold forever so I don't really know how many packets I have ordered. very very unclear

ok a little difficulty to navigate initially - visited previously and selected a quantity w/o ordering when I returned I wanted to change the quantity and didn't realize for a few minutes that the order in the cart needed to be removed. Was under the initial impression when I didn't order the first time when I returned the cart would be automatically empty. The website was obviously tracking my previous visit and that wasn't clear on the website.........
