Could not reach by phone...for over a week ...you guys may have been closed for whatever reason. No email response, either. Giving you the benefit of the doubt. Get a nice friendly girl to answer the phone s d answer questions like, whether my order was received or not. I'm stock or not, and how long it will be before processing. Once I got in touch with you guys, you took care of me right away. Still it took me 10 to 12 days to find out if you even got my order. Hope everything there is OK? Thank you

The website was easy to use. We had trouble with our Citi card as they have recently changed our number but I got on here and fixed it as you closed my first order. I'm used to calling sales but you are difficult to call and I left 2 messages for operator and also sales. I use the internet and your site works better on a desktop. I realize you are a large company and rely on the internet so I understand.

It was difficult to find this product to be delivered as quickly, and I was happy to find eco bran to take care of my grasshopper problem. I had difficulty changing my address when I found out it was fed ex delivery. I wish I had known about that upfront.

It took a month to get my order. Phone was never answered, did not receive a call back and my emails were not answered. Finally received an email after I asked you to cancel my order. that you were waiting for product, you were very understaffed, received thousands if emails which you could not possible answer. My order was received before my message to cancel was read. I kept the order although we are at least two weeks late putting the product on the trees. Terrible service!!!

The interaction was OK, website is not flashy which is great, however it would be nice to know more about the product as it relates to specific directions or if you need to purchase accessories to use the product (e.g. do I need to buy a special bag to put the product into or ??).
