THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK AND CAN SHIP WITHIN THE WEEK. SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE PARTICULARLY SINCE i AM LESS THAN AN HOUR AWAY AND COULD EASILY DRIVE THERE TO PICK UP ORDER. HOWEVER THEY DON'T PROVIDE FOR PICKUP.

I had an excellent experience with the technical service department. I am a manufacturer of custom woodwork and trade fixtures for the grocery sales market. The staff was friendly and very helpful, even offering to try to help me find a product from competitors if I was not able to find one I wanted to try. 10/10 ease of use of website and 11/10 customer service!!!

I ordered the same product last year, no problem. I ordered the product again and did not receive part of the kit. I ordered the 1000/1025 kit. I did not receive the 1025.I cannot use this product without that. I called and spoke to a gentleman who told to send a picture of the box it was sent in and said that the 1025 was sent. I no longer have the box, and I checked and looked for it again, and I still have no 1025. I am not making this up and I need the 1025 part of the kit. I was hoping I would be believed when I explained my dilemma. I am hoping someone can just send me the missing 1025. I have never had this issue in the past. I don't know why the 1025 is missing.

Seeing the product that I need and then reading that you are sold out is a deal breaker. I had to buy 5 times the amount I needed. You should never run out of your products. Your items are non perishable. No reason to run out.

I was a little disappointed at first because you could not meet the offered date but you proactively came back with a new date (just a couple of days later and met that date) to my surprise and satisfaction. The product looks excellent and look forward to a long life based on as you specified. In this service (shelf for outdoor kitchen cabinet) where rain gets in often, plywood lasted 2 years! I think this is the right material
