Site Experience FeedbackAug 25, 2025
Fahrney's Pens appears to have no support for shipping to commercial addresses, which limits customers given that some customers would like to have some shipments sent to their place of work (like me). If this was clearer, customers would be more able to discern this policy prior to checkout.
Additionally, when browsing inventory to see what is available, it helps to pre-subdivide inventory into categories of broader interest and I recall this website suffering from this when previously visiting. Significant improvements have been made in this regard!
In terms of your media presence, your addition of Drew on your Youtube channel is a fantastic choice as he is well suited for describing product lines. However, I know that Fahrney's Pens has a physical presence as well. It would suit you to emphasize that aspect of your business on social media from time to time given your business plays primarily to that core competency (given the longevity of your business). Perhaps not as a general call to action to visit, but more to publicize special events with limited experiences (ex. special vendor showcases, responses to local industry events such as pen shows, stationary shows, etc) to call attention to your establishment primarily to locals interested in your inventory and also to those traveling to themed events. Ultimately, your online outreach is an opportunity to establish your storefront as a destination ancillary for potential customers traveling through the area to those who would otherwise not know. Having Drew as a internet-facing spokesperson is key in the first phase. I am just excited to see you incorporate your physical storefront in your future online outreach strategy!
