Here is the email I sent after receiving a part that did not fit:
3/10/2026 The part delivered did not match my vacuum. I ordered for the correct model vacuum but the shape and size of the part sent would not fit. Please see the attached images.
The part on the left is from my vacuum. The one on the right is what we received. How can we resolve this?

I understand your concern.
Could you please send me a photo of the product label on the vacuum showing the model and serial number?
That will help me find the right item for this model.
You have received the correct part as ordered. However, your model may require a different axle type.
I will check with our shipping department and get back to you.
