I purchased the Tow Bar Mounting Bracket for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, the 4-Diode brake Wiring Kit, inline Battery Charger and Portable Brake assist kit. with a promised Delivery of 4/9/2026 on 4/9 no delivery. I called C.S. to find out where my shipment was. I was told it accidentally shipped from Utah instead of Missouri and wouldn't be arriving till the 11th. I informed them I had an Install appointment which I paid a Non-Refundable booking fee for. The C.S. Lady transferred me to another individual who did what he could to recall the initial order and ship my order overnight from Missouri to have it arrive on Friday. He said in the 5 years he's been he bet it should be there on Friday.
On Friday still no delivery but Brielle did call me back from C.S. letting me know install Appointment. I found Another Guy who was Available on Sunday. for the Install so I rescheduled with him. Sat Afternoon 1:30PM UPS Driver pulls up to the House. Driver pulls one box out of the truck and says, (it shows you should have two packages but the second one is not on my truck. so, it's either on another truck or still in the warehouse sorry). So, I opened the box that said one of two, and it was my Brake Control Wiring kit, my Portable brake assist, and in line battery charge kit. I am missing my Mounting Bracket. Which never arrived Sat or Sunday, so I had to cancel my Second install appointment. Extremely frustrated with this purchase and would think compensation for this delay is in order as I lost a booking fee and had to inconvenience not one but two different vendors with cancellations, plus my aggravation and schedule which had to change due to this situation. I would like to know when I will be receiving the remainder of my order.
Regardless of how I feel about this transaction, I will say the Customer Service team I dealt with trying to get this delivery issued resolved were very professional helpful and willing to do what they could to try and get this issued resolved, thank you for that. I understand the delivery portion of this process is out of their control.
