I orderered a replacement Microwave Oven for my 2008 Thor Dutchman T@DA travel trailer. Your website was excellent and I found a previously answered question about my old microwave that had burned out and was no longer in production and could not be repaired. Your website had a recommended replacement Model (made by Gemstone) and the measurements were almost identical. I ordered it online and was told it would ship UPS with an expected delivery the following week. I got an email after the ordered was placed, but it was only from an assigned customer service rep and had his phone number to contact if there was any problem. I never got any kind of an email with UPS tracking numbers. The microwave arrived a day earlier than the email said it would, and I got another email from the customer service rep alerting me that it had been delivered. I checked my front doorstep, and there was no box there. I tried calling the customer service rep, but got his voicemail saying that he was off work that day and would call me back the following day if I left a phone number. About 2 hours later, I got a text from my neighbors saying the microwave and trim kit had been mistakenly delivered to her doorstep, so I went over and picked it up. The boxes were undamaged. The next day, I got a call back from the customer service rep to find out what happened and I filled him in on the misdelivery. That was the only problem I had with my experience, but in the future, I would recommend you also provide UPS tracking number information, so customers can track their own orders and contact UPS directly if a mis-delivery occurs for them.
