Site Experience FeedbackSep 10, 2025
I had a pretty decent experience from ETrailer. I initially just wanted to find something to hold my spare tire mount, possible bike mount, and the occasional motorcycle trailer. It was difficult to decide which product to go with as there was one other one in a similar price range (40 cents more) that was on sale considerably more and pulled and operated more weight altogether, but it was protruding a lot which would hinder my off-road build. Which is why I picked this hitch. I started to scroll through the reviews and had mixed reactions, but everyone stated the packaging was damaged and missing stuff upon arrival (hoping isn’t the case for me) which was an issue for all hitches from ETrailer it seems. The payment experience was great just wished it allowed PayPal split payments (had gift cards and it wouldn’t accept them so had to get a money order to get it to process) otherwise it was pretty seamless. I’m excited to see it when it arrives in a couple of days! I wanted to hopefully pick it up today, but no place actively carried specific mounts which was weird and kinda unfortunate but wasn’t a big issue since the delivery time made up for it.
